Dr. Xinyi Fu received her Ph.D. in design from the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University in 2018, and her bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Tsinghua University in 2012. She was a postdoctor at the Academy of Arts & Design, and now she is a research assistant professor at the Future Laboratory, Tsinghua University. Her main research interests are natural human-computer interaction, affective computing, and digital preservation of cultural heritage.
She has worked on many national projects such as the National Basic Research Program of China and Natural Science Foundation of China, etc. She is now a senior member of CCF, an executive member of CCF Human-Computer Interaction Committee, a member of CSIG Affective Computing and Understanding Committee, co-chair of premier conferences (CHI 25, ISMAR 25).
Her main research interests are:
· Utilizing cutting-edge technologies to research intelligent perception, affective computing, multimodal interaction, and health intervention in spatial environments (home space, mobile space, etc.), and constructing digital intelligence-driven future living scenarios. Specific subdivided research directions include the construction of the integrated experimental platform for smart homes, construction of the multi-channel sensor network, human daily behavior dataset construction,multimodal affective computing, and detection of psychological anomalies based on behavioral analysis;
· Digital collection of cultural heritage, digital restoration of murals, revitalization and dissemination of cultural heritage, etc.
