Jiao Yang is an assistant researcher at Tsinghua University Future Lab. He received his bachelor's degree in electronic information science and technology from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2009, a master's degree in wireless communications from Southampton, UK in 2010, and a doctorate in design from Tsinghua University in 2017. He is also the winner of Tsinghua University's Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation and Academy of Fine Arts Outstanding Doctoral Award. He completed postdoctoral work at the Academy of Fine Arts and Future Lab of Tsinghua University from 2017 to 2020.
