Peng Liu, a technician at Future Laboratory of Tsinghua University, is mainly engaged in the preparation of ceramic targets and sintering of large size SOFC (Solid Oxide Fuel Cell) ceramic sheets. He graduated from Business University of China majoring in materials processing engineering, and has many years of working experience in target material enterprises, and has been appraised as excellent employee of enterprises and Hai dian enterprise garden love enterprise employee for many times. He has rich experience in ceramic targets, especially CIGS (copper indium gallium selenide) targets, CZTS (copper, zinc, selenium and sulfur) targets and thin film materials prepared by magnetron sputtering. He has published a number of academic papers and patents in academic journals at home and abroad.
