Ruochen Ji (Richard) is currently studying at the Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University for the doctoral degree in design. He graduated from the School of Architecture, Tsinghua University with a bachelor’s degree of architecture in 2019, followed by graduation from the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation of Columbia University, with a master of science in advanced architectural design. Over the years, Ji participated in the design and development of intelligent robots, leading the human-robot interface design development process. He also played as leadership roles in several architecture and exhibition projects. The main research interests include integration of architectural space and spatial interactions, spatial design communication and collaboration, and spatial cognition design based on architecture-related theories.
