Yaxin Zhu graduated from Fuzhou University with a bachelor's degree in digital media art (2016). He graduated from the Communication University of China with a master's degree in computer technology (Game Development). He joined the Future Laboratory of Tsinghua University as a research assistant in July 2019. And he studied for a PhD in Design from Academy of Arts and Design of Tsinghua University in Sep 2021. Currently, he is carrying out and participating in research work related to projects such as telepresence, aging user experience design, children's creativity assessment tools and modular robots.
