Jianbing Xu is a postdoctoral researcher of the Future Laboratory, Tsinghua University. After graduating from Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 2014, he was recommended for admission of Successive Postgraduate and Doctoral Program of the school with excellent grade, and obtained his Ph.D. degree from Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 2020. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Maryland, College Park during his PhD. His research mainly focuses on Nano-multilayer films, MEMS(Micro-electromechanical Systems) energy devices. Combining nanofilm fabrication and MEMS technology, his research concentrates on electrochemical reaction mechanism at the atomic scale, which guides the design of new energy devices. He is currently the principal investigator of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Youth Science Fund and the General Support for the 68th Batch of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation.
