Tula was admitted to the Animation Academy of Beijing Film Academy in 2004. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2008. Later, he entered the Information Arts & Design Department of the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University. In 2011, he went to Microsoft Research Asia to work as a design consultant. He was responsible for assisting the three project teams related to graphic images to complete related interaction design and information design work, including information visualization, software UI/UE, 3D display animation (modeling, material, rendering, etc.). In 2012, he graduated with a master's degree in design. In the same year, he entered the Tsinghua University Art and Science Application Institute as the director of film and television animation design. During this period, he participated in and completed the "Digital Museum of the Forbidden City", "Microsoft Media Research Institute Digital Media Exhibition", "Chen Geng 110th Anniversary Tour Exhibition" and other series of exhibition design projects. In 2014, he went to the Central Academy of Fine Arts to work as a teacher and was mainly responsible for joint creation and film theory related courses. In the same year, he entered the Information Arts & Design Department of the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University to pursuing his Ph.D. degree. He participated in the "Theory and Methodology of Digitalization of Cultural Heritage" (National 973 Program) and "Interactive Design Project of Hangzhou Qianjiang New City " "Huawei Immersive Communication Experience Project", "Beijing Planetarium Digital Display Project" (Naked Eye 3D, Stereo Projection Project) and many other important topics and projects, and published a number of core journals based on the project results.
