Introduction

Dr. Jie Liu is currently a postdoctoral fellow at Future Lab. Her main research interests are human-architecture interaction design for future intelligent living spaces. Dr. Liu received his PhD in Architecture from Tsinghua University in 2020, with the topic of Human-Architecture Interaction Design for Intelligent Buildings, and visited the MIT Computation Group in 2017, with the topic of spatial form and use under the influence of interactive technology.

As a researcher, Dr. Liu has participated in several grants and experimental projects, published more than ten papers, and received the Young CAADRIA Award from the Computer Aided Architectural Design Association of Asia (CAADRIA) in 2019; as an architect, she has participated in many installation design, architectural design, urban design and other practical projects. Her design works have been exhibited in many international exhibitions such as Milan International Design Triennale and Beijing International Design Week.
