With the support of Tsinghua University-Foshan Institute of Advanced Manufacturing, the team from Future Lab and Foshan Longshen Robotics Co. have jointly developed a variety of lightweight composite mechanical arms based on carbon fiber composites, which are first to be applied in driverless vehicles to form a mobile service robot platform. The service robot platform integrates automatic driving, human-machine interaction software, automation control system, vehicle chassis system, etc., which can meet the needs of automatic food service, medical service, and other application scenarios, providing unmanned and efficient production and distribution services.

In addition,  the team has developed different models of DC motors, AC motors, etc., which can be used in a variety of load demand application scenarios. The vehicle shell is made of Industrial-grade light-cured 3d printer with large-size molding applying Integral forming of photosensitive resin material, while combining with strengthening technology of carbon fiber sheet. These provide a smooth curved surface, better structural stability, lightweight, and other outstanding features.
