Three research projects from the Future Laboratory, Tsinghua University success accepted by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC).

Since its establishment, NSFC has comprehensively introduced and implemented a rigorous and objective merit-review system to fulfill its mission of supporting basic research, fostering talented researchers, developing international cooperation, and promoting socio-economic development.

The three projects from Future Lab are Theory and method of multimodal natural human-computer interaction for smart home led by professor Yingqing Xu, Exploring the internal mechanism of electrochemically driven cation segregation in atomically flat (La,Sr)(Co,Fe)O3-x thin films from Dr.Hongyang Su, and Research on the ordered structure design and regulation mechanisms of atomically flat oxide surface and interface from Dr.Jianbing Xu.

Future Lab is committed to conducting innovative research and has 5 other research projects successfully accepted by NSFC. They are:

  • Dr. Qi Lu - Universal Olfactory Computing and Interface Design

  • Dr. Gang Liu - Research on human-computer interaction top-level design of integrated traffic and emergency security command with control system

  • Dr. Mengying(Maggie) Jiang - Human-computer Fusion

  • Dr. Hongyang Su - Exploring the strain effect on cation segregation in perovskite oxide thin films with the atomically flat surface

  • Dr. Jianbing Xu - Research on H2 anode reaction mechanism based on thin film pattern electrode
