Research directions or projects to be engaged by postdoctoral:

Material design


Research contents or plans to recruit postdoctoral:

Direction 1: Electrocatalytic mechanism of rare earth oxide materials and its application in the energy field

Direction 2: Rare earth-based new electronic phase change semiconductors and sensitive resistance devices

Direction 3: Solid oxide fuel cells and electrolytic cells, as well as high-temperature proton conduction cells


Recruitment requirements:

  • Hold a doctoral degree and research experience in materials / Chemistry/physics or related majors.

  • Have the ability to carry out scientific research independently, have good English reading, communication, and writing skills, and have published high-quality research papers in mainstream international academic journals in this field.

  • Rigorous and realistic academic attitude, good team spirit, and hard-working style.

  • The following experience is preferred:

- Electrocatalytic devices, especially high-temperature fuel cells and electrolytic cells;

- Film growth and characterization, especially laser sputtering;

- Solid state ionics, especially conductive ceramics;

- Preparation of electronic devices using ultra-clean room;

- Synchrotron radiation characterization technology.


General requirements of the applicant:

  • Have a Ph.D. degree, which doesn't exceed three years when entering the station.

  • Under the age of 35.

  • Be able to ensure full-time research based on Tsinghua University during the station (personnel relations transferred to Tsinghua University);

  • On the basis of meeting the above basic conditions, their academic level and professional ability must also meet the relevant regulations of our company.
